Binskim reporting BA2018 for .NET 9 ILOnly assemblies. #1021

Binskim is reporting BA2018 for my x64/arm64 builds because the .NET 9 ILOnly assemblies are reporting MachineType = x86, see https://github.com/dotnet/runtime/blob/b4923b30e94e3320b58005d40bd878090e923c53/src/coreclr/vm/peassembly.cpp#L42
