BinSkim was able to download from symbol server with v1.9.5
This is not working in the latest main as of this bug created day.
This is likely related to one of the update of the related dlls.
We will be updating the related dlls,
this task is created to make sure to test it after the update.
If the latest version does not work, try history versions get what version it starts to fail and seek guidance form dll owner.
sample: analyze "C:\pathtoinsolution\Managed_x64_VS2022_CSharp_Net70_Default.dll" --sympath SRV*http://msdl.microsoft.com/download/symbols
