create_shortcut_onelake print message is wrong

Describe the bug
Minor bug, but when a shortcut is created the print message is wrong, it displays the source workspace when the destination is left empty.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Use labs.lakehouse.create_shortcut_onelake
2. Specify a table, src_lakehouse, src_workspace, dst_lakehouse, but no dst_workspace
3. Execute labs.lakehouse.create_shortcut_onelake with the parameters
4. Check the output

Expected behavior
I expected the location to be the current workspace name, so instead of "31 - DWH Bronze Productie", it should read "12 - DWH Silver Ontwikkeling" in my case.
