Well, yes you can as the CMakeLists.txt is present in the \src\xxxxxxxx.clean\ folder.
However, the end result does not populate\update the \vcpkg\installed\ folder. I can imagine why this is the case; it is simply a package that is "agnostic" to its surroundings. (I think)
But that begs the question, vcpkg calls cmake - so perhaps, I can do so to rebuild a dependency?
How would I do that? (Or perhaps, should that not be done?)
