The pipeline for arm64_osx appears to be broken. Who needs to be informed?

Hi. It appears that the pipeline for arm64_osx is currently broken.

Recent pull requests, e.g., #40043, #40042, #40026, get an error message like the following:

A search for arm64_osx in the issues and in this forum yields no results.

Is this issue known? Should anyone be informed and, if so, what would be the right way to do that? Thank you.

The issue has been resolved. Thanks to whoever fixed it. It might still be interesting if pipeline issues are to be reported to someone.
