Apparently GitHub Wiki does not support the Gollum tag [[_TOC_]] that automatically generates the table of content.
I recommend the following browser add-ons as a workaround:
- Firefox: HeadingsMap
- Chrome: HTML5 Outliner (recommended)
Other Add-ons/Extensions that may work:
- Firefox: Table of Contents (width not adjustable)
- Firefox: HTML5 Outliner (no hyperlinks)
- Chrome: Table-of-contents-crx (not expanding the ToC on start)
