+* As a further enhancement for HDMI, enable access to mixers on a HDMI output device. The issue appears to be that a mixer can not be "attached" to a device whose name begins with `hdmi:`, so it must be attached to the same device, but with the `hdmi:` prefix replaced by `hw:`.
