Not using local version on monorepos

Hey 👋,

I've tried to use prettier_d_slim on a mono repo and I cannot get it to work properly. It constantly falls back to the prettier version listed as a dependency of this package.

We have multiple packages that all run prettier but they do not have prettier listed in their node_modules separately. prettier is instead listed in the monorepo. This is a common setup for lerna based monorepos.

What's even more confusing is that prettier_slim_d doesn't even pick up the config when falling back to the default prettier.

Oh, and I'm running prettier_d_slim via neovim with efm-langserver.

I quickly glanced at the code and see two issues:

• The prettier lookup is either from the cwd or global.

• The config lookup is from the cwd when it should look recursively upwards from the file path.

I'm unsure if these points are intended due to performance but they're not the expected behavior for someone that is used to the default prettier.
