mouse doesnot teleport when using Figma

Expected Behavior

when creating a rectangle, holding on a curve button, and moving the mouse to the edge of the screen, mouse should teleport to the left of the screen

Actual Behavior

it stays on the right side

To Reproduce

create a rectangle on Figma. and hold your mouse on corner radius field

This happens because we don't support Pointer Lock. Chrome and Firefox both have a fairly complex implementation of this with a special permission UI to prevent sites from abusing it - see the link for Chrome's implementation. I'm guessing this is a lot of work to do and easy to mess up, so unless there's other sites where this is an issue, I think we should skip implementing this for now.
