Upgrading is cumulative or sequential?

I'm about two minor versions behind (running 2.0.51 right now, and looking to upgrade to 2.2.6). I haven't seen any specific documentation either way about upgrading directly, skipping over several versions in between, or if upgrades should be sequential. Normally, psql migrations and the like tend to be cumulative.

Any advice? Should I go from 2.0.51 right to 2.2.6, or should I visit each released version in order? (There's maybe a dozen in between.) The most conservative path is doing it all sequentially, but I don't know if this is just superstition.

You should be able to upgrade directly from 2.0.51 to 2.2.6. SQL migrations will run sequentially.
