Per feed content filtering

Reading the documentation it seems like global filter rules support filters on the feed content while per feed block rules applies to

a title, an entry URL, a tag or an author that match the regex

Is there a reason for this limitation?

I have keywords I'd really like to filter from general news feeds but that are fine being included in other, more targeted feeds. Hopefully this could be considered! 😄
