Add a border and adjust margins of the anchor navigation links in the sidebar of the Maple theme, akin to the border of the dropdown menu

The dropdown navigation menu in the Maple theme has a border, style of which is similar to the search border. It makes that menu stand out from the regular pages that follow:

However, if one decides to use the anchor navigation, there is no border, and navigation links blend with regular pages:

It'd be great, if you would make the anchor navigation in the Maple theme have a border similar to that of the dropdown navigation. That would make the separation of the menu and pages much more clear.
