A Mod with some tools for Cities Skylines. The Project ChirperOutbounds opens a named pipe as 'chirper'. With the tool ChirperPipeTest can you send arbetrary text into the pipe its only for testing purposes. The tool caled Chitter trys to connect to Twitter and send messages that it recieves to the named pipe.
The Mod expects the messages as one message per line. Each message consists of the sender folowed by a colon and than the actual message.
