Enable optional usage limits to be specified for catalysts, after which they are destroyed.

Expanded functionality and flexibility for creating recipes.
Potential Implementation(s)
Add the crafting system settings to:
- enable catalyst usage limits
If catalyst usage limits are enabled, add an option in the editor to set this.
Include an optional check that accepts the usage counter value?
