Build failled in debian stable

I try to install in debain satble (bookworm) and seens like i dosen´t have a specific dependency for compile from source, and i received this log as result

After see rust-lang/cc-rs#909 and rust-lang/cc-rs#958 (comment) i see a solution when i installing clang, they allow me to build.
