Made the aws-sdk dependency an external dependency

When using this package with AWS Lambda, the size of the zipped lambda is bloated by the inclusion of the aws-sdk package, which is already installed on the Lambda servers. It could be made an external dependency, as it is with an npm package like dynamodb-wrapper.
