Is it possible to create a user in the seedUsers list as read only?

Hi!

Unfortunately, seedUsers doesn't support that but i think it makes total sense. Great idea! I am gonna go ahead and add it to my list and will keep you posted

Aplogies for the late reply but i had a problem in my github issue notifications.
