Tools update, various formatting tweaks
- Fix images in caption callouts not rendering (requires empty line-break after callout title) - Tweak formatting of footnotes external links; renamed 'further reading' to external links' - added 'Enchanted Editor' and 'MWEdit' article stubs - extra aliases added to 'merging plugins' and 'cleaning mods' indexes
