Just Proposing a Migration Path. ( not approved yet )

with the flexibility of snipcart as a shopping cart, we can use any data source, this will work in our advantage. Propose using data from both sanity.io and shopify and still using the same snipcart.io shopping cart before the remaining products are all migrated to shopify. once product definitions are migrated can then change to shopify's shopping cart and take advantage of there offerings including afterpay intergration.

Stage one

• Put in a few sample products into shopify
• Import products from sanity and shopify, and transform them so they are defined the same.
• shopping cart will still be the same ( snipcart )

Stage two

• Migrate Data from sanity database into shopify
• shopping cart will still be the same (snipcart)

Stage three

• Switch snipcart buy area / buttoms with shopify ones

Stage four

• enable afterpay

Stage five

• enable facebook marketplace & maybe intagram
