Archive this repo and move the code to go-multiaddr #39
Description
This repo has just a single package with 170 lines of non test code. It'd be better to keep this in the go-multiaddr repo. Considering the number of issues we've had with multiaddrs over the last few months, having separate small repos makes it difficult to audit the code.
