We should let airdrop owners the ability to hit these two smart contract methods to add / withdraw funding from the airdrop.

Add funding: airdrop owner deposit money to the airdrop
Withdraw funding: this method is callable by the owner of the airdrop to remove money they deposited

And one more method for multisig labs to use, not sure where on the frontend it should go.

Emergency withdraw funding: For multisig labs to use to withdraw funding if something goes wrong
