Input By Duration: Adding accidentals when there's a key signature causes pitches to move to the wrong duration

Description with steps to reproduce

When using a key signature and trying to add accidentals to notes, the pitch jumps to a different note. This very much depends on the key signature and the accidental used.

• For example, I've positioned the pitch on this A#

• If I now press the '-' key to trigger a flat accidental, the note jumps up an octave

These kinds of problems can also happen in many other cases. See my video below for other examples, where the natural and flat accidentals misbehave when using a different key signature.
