Task

The tooltips for the '[Lock/Unlock] selected system(s)' and 'Create system from selection' buttons in Properties > Measure/Bar should have their max-width set to the width of their buttons (276px).

To see these buttons, select a measure or measures in the score, go to Properties, and look in the Measure (Bar in British English) section.
