Unable to change resolutions in DASH videos

When playing DASH videos only one resolution is displaying in the player, even though the MPD source includes multiple resolutions.

Due to this we are unable to use this player since we depend majorly on dash videos with resolutions support

this is only caused by the media element. duplicate here muxinc/media-elements#60
