Fingerprint and fast charging not working

I'm on version 9.9 of your evoX GSI rom

Fingerprint and fast charging is not working.
Fast charging can be enabled with some third party magisk module but only to 30W instead of phones 80W.
Also device has 4500 mAh battery but in system settings it states that it is only 3862 mAh

I tried to build the device overlays but the guide is different from the context of images

I would be very grateful if you could make the overlays

Device is OnePlus Nord 2T (karen)
