there is a overlay bug on almost every type video

My device is TECNO SPARK 8C KG5K, i flashed the evo x 9.9 slim variant. It shows a reddish or greenish overlay on Instagram reels, youtube videos, shorts, etc. Can it be solved ? I tried various roms like crDroid, PixelOS, Pixel Experience Plus, etc but they all show this bug or glitch.

Note: Pixel Experience 13 Plus was didn't show it in YouTube videos and shorts or cameras but it was seen in Instagram reels, stories and Snapchat camera.

Edited: I recently found out that its a known issue which affects almost every gsi, and it could be solved by enabling the experimental "Enable Angle" Settings in developer's option, if its not accessible (its grayed out) you can try turning on/off the developer settings.
