Request to provide precompiled DLLs for x86 Windows

Hello, I'm @lucydodo, one of the members of the SQLitebrowser team. 👋🏻
We've talked before about including the sqlean library in our app bundle: sqlitebrowser/sqlitebrowser#3357

I recently patched the CI workflow in my forked repo to build a sqlean DLLs for x86 Windows to include in our project,
and if you're intersted in this, I'd like to make a PR for this upstream repo too. :)
