The Layouts which we already have should been imported into this repository.

What are we considering a layout here? Only full navit.xml files like in the PR#1 or also snippets of navit.xml files like for example present in pages in the referenced link of the navit wiki.
And are layouts only limited to "layouts" or are also "osd layouts" considered?
