Workaround for Failure to Compile using Recent Versions of Node

The project is unable to compile with recent versions of npm. Hence, there's a need to install legacy versions of npm and the relevant dependencies, as shown below

fnm install v11.2.0
npm install -g truffle@4.1.14 ganache-cli@6.4.5-beta.0
