49p에서 연산횟수가 10억이 넘어가면 1초이상 걸리다고 나와있는데 저는 1초에 1억번정도라고 알고 있었습니다.
1억~10억 사이가 다 1초 인것인가요? 아니면 제가 잘못알고 있었던것인지 질문드립니다
