Is there a way? Because from the official website there is always just the newest version.
Also, is there a difference between these two exploids/ would any of them work on my handheld without me updating it.
Thanks for the answer

you just transfer the OS file with the TI-Nspire Computer Software, it will directly prompt you to install the OS.

I have a CX CAS II... it says the computer software isn't compatible with it.

When I transfer with the online software it forces me to change the extension and doesn't do anything upon transfer.

And when I select "upgrade OS" it forces me to install 5.4

You have to use the latest CX II compatible computer software (version 5.something), not the old CX one, and even less the Computer Link Software.
But yes, the official online tool will force you to transfer the latest OS I guess.
