Evaluate options that will work with netboot.xyz and RPI4

Evaluate working Linux distros on Raspberry Pi to see if any work, update docs.

The project has a working Raspberry Pi image will work via USB or SD card and pull up the arm64 options using the pipxe project. Evaluate which options work and don't and raise upstream issues depending on behaviors.

May need to pull in the latest dependencies into pipxe to make sure we have all the latest fixes.
