What happens when re-importing library with modified device types ?

Thanks for this library, it is a great help !

I have imported the library and worked with it.
I made some modifications on some device types or module types that were imported from library.

For example, on the Cisco C9410R switch, I added a module bay for the fan tray (I also use Netbox to keep trace of the SN of each part).
Another : on the Cisco C9400-SUP-1XL, I modified the names of the console ports (Con 0 -> Con 0 Slot {module}, USB 0 -> USB 0 Slot {module}), because those switches accept 2 SUP module, but I was getting an error when adding the second because Con 0, USB 0 and Gig0/0 were already created.

Those are some examples of little changes I made.

I was wondering what will happen if I were to reimport the library one day ?
This could happen as modifications are made every day...

Will I lose every change and get back to the library version, or my data will be considered as being the master data that should not be changed ?
