New Release > 2.3.0

Could you please create a new release? The current version 2.3.0 is from September 2023 and has problematic dependencies like symfony/validator (~2.3). This old version of symfony/validator has security issues, so an update is needed. The dependency has already been updated in the latest main branch:

@sprankhub the develop branch contains a PHP8 compatible version with Symfony 5.4 if this helps.
We (@sreichel) preparing a bigger release which is then compatible with latest OpenMage release.
It's then v3.

I hoped that OpenMage requires php8.1 soon, but it seems not to happen.

I'll try to finish what i've started till next month.

There is the dependency already changed.

We dont have to wait for #1458, but we should

• add latest OpenMage releases
• and possibly wait for v20.13.0 (https://github.com/OpenMage/magento-lts/pulls?q=is%3Aopen+is%3Apr+milestone%3A20.13.0)
