trixie and sid failing to build

It looks like Debian has finally removed apt-key, so the DOI rebuilds for Debian Trixie and Sid are failing. I guess the apt-key line just needs to be removed?

You may also be interested in narrowing the scope of the Neurodebian keys to just the Neurodebian repos with a signed-by in the apt sources list file like mongo does.
