Update supported Python versions to 3.12 - 3.14 #728
Description
It would be nice to stay in sync with supported Python versions in SPEC0.
I've attempted this in #702, but found that it's not possible because PyTables (which we depend on) doesn't yet support Python 3.14.
We should keep track of the relevant Pytables issues:
- Python 3.14 support PyTables/PyTables#1261
- Python 3.14: Installation from source suddenly stopped working PyTables/PyTables#1262
and re-open #702 when they release py3.14-compatible wheels on PyPI.
