Add plugins coverage

Nowhere in 'hello' do we directly address plugins, even though we allude to nf-schema etc. We probably should.

Out of scope for Hello Nextflow. Could potentially be part of a side quest but we'd need to articulate the purpose beyond 'making users aware plugins are a thing' otherwise it's just documentation.
