GFF -

How do the suggested required file formats map to standards?

CTF -

Which data types were excluded from the RFC (since they are required anyways)?
Which parts can we use to add to grants ?
Maybe add in the excluded datatypes to the table and mark as required?
Can we cite the NIH pages/other literature (GEO/SRA/etc) that talk about prior work about data type standards?
