Licence of the data

Hi,
I'm an openstreetmap french contributor, and your file are very interresting for us, but I would like to know if you are the owner of the data, and/or if the license allows the data to be used without any counterparties. In this case, we could import them in the openstreetmap data base, and permit to everyworld to have a free and easy access to them.

Hi ! I don't own the data, those are a derivation from original data from SNCF Réseau under Open Database Licence: https://data.sncf.com/pages/licence/
The fact is all data recalculated from data under ODbl inherit the same licence, so if OSM can use those original datas under ODbl, you can use my data too (and it'll be a pleasure !).

However, my extrapolation is not perfect. Kilometric points have what we call "anomalies", and I know that all the points are not exactly on the right place. Moreover, the original data is sometimes wrong. It's not a referencing system but more a cosmetic one, used on place outside to identify where are signals, trains, etc.

Si vous voulez, j'ai lancé sur le forum OSMFrance un sujet afin de savoir la pertinence de l'import de ces données. Ce sera plus simple de communiquer là car comme ça tout le monde peut participer facilement.
