When the pwa is installed via chrome as local app, the following alias makes it work via command line:
alias niivue='/usr/bin/google-chrome --app-id=pgienjkbgeffjnbagkbcacejihclfdeg'
Opening images via
niivue test.nii
orniivue test1.nii test2.nii
