can't eval pkgs in repl

Something I noticed today is that we can't eval the pkgs attr of a robotnix drv:

nix-repl> pkgs 
error: attribute 'pkgs' missing
       at /Users/atemu/Projects/robotnix/default.nix:86:18:
           85| in {
           86|   inherit (eval) pkgs options;
             |                  ^
           87|   inherit config;

It's nothing major but that should be fixed.

Okay apparently this has been broken ever since it's been introduced in 56b81ce.

What's extremely weird though is that the pkgs attr appears to be absent from _module.args but somehow modules are able to use it?
