Steve points out the the following:

Set a breakpoint in a class that imports java.util.Collections.

When jswat is stopped at the breakpoint:

eval Collections.EMPTY_LIST
[]
methods Collections
Specified class not found: Collections

Note that if you fully qualify the class name, it works:

methods java.util.Collections
Class java.util.Collections:
() : void
...
