Notes in clipboard plugin do not work

Description

Notes are deleted immediately once the overlay is closed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Download Clipper plugin

2. Open the clipper overlay/toggle clipper

3. create a note

4. close overlay

5. open overlay

Expected Behavior

the notes should be persistent

It is a problem that plugin doesn't create folder at first launch. I will fix it but I am not at home for a while. Maybe @neyfua can fix it for me. He modifies plugin right now.

@tranquil-tr0 I can't really reproduce this problem, the notes works fine for me, creating a note then close the panel then reopen it doesn't automatically delete the note. Can you reinstall the plugin and see if it's still persist?

@neyfua Try to delete folder and do it again. Plugin doesn't create "notecards" folder.

Ah yes the plugin doesn't automatically creating the "notecards" folder on installation, I'm pretty sure you already add a troubleshooting guide for that part in the README so I don't see why we need to make something to automatically add the folder on installation right?
