Keyboard layout switcher

Can we get a keyboard language layout switcher with the option to change layouts with clicking or setting a custom keybinding for switching. On Windows it's Super+Space for example.

Try asking on discord if somebody would be up to creating such a thing :)

Right now the Noctalia Shell does have a bar widget that shows the current keyboard layout but no such menu exists yet.
