Custom sort order missing #42

I can’t enable custom sort order for the drag and drop feature in both Windows and iPad versions because it doesn’t exist in the menu. I’ve already tried changing the theme and turning the plugin on and off.

Well, I turned off all my plugins and turned them back on one by one and Custom Order shows up now and is working.
