Incrase tank buffer size

Since the changes made to fluids in 2.0 it is possible to pump vast amounts of fluid between tanks. I have some high throughput trainstations connected to a fluid memory unit with 10 pumps. The problem is that these pumps move so much fluid that they drain the tanks buffer before it can refill itself resulting in a jumping flow rate.

Is it possible to incrase the buffer size from 120k to some higher value or make it configureable in the options?
