import v1 of FastGaussQuadrature.jl

I want to make this package dependent on v1 of FastGaussQuadrature.jl so that it can coexist with Integrals v4.5.

I confirmed that the package tests passed when FastGaussQuadrature was updated to v1.0.2.

May I send a pull request from my forked repo ? If so, please let me know the destination branch in the main repo.
