This pull request resolves #5137:

Removed Windows App Essentials dev channel releases of the form yyyymmdd.x.y from the add-on store This chnage:

  1. Prepares the add-on to support add-on store changes in NVDA 2025.1 such as automatic add-on updates and updating across channels.
  2. Prepreares the NVDA community for eventual end of life of Windows App Essentials add-on - a final add-on dev channel build will be published, followed by several stable releases of the higher version.

Note that the add-on repository itself will continue to host older dev channel builds.

Tanks.

…mdd.x.y to yy.mm.revision to align with stable releases
