webapp API documentation out of date #11

The https://www.nwfsc.noaa.gov/data/map webapp API documentation does not seem to be up to date.

The webapp popup documentation does not cover the simple/easy equality and OR parameter syntax documented in the actual API notes: https://www.nwfsc.noaa.gov/data/api/v1/help#filtering
