The ifcfg files went from initscript to native NetworkManager support in RHEL 9. In RHEL 10, the support for ifcfg files is going away completely, we'll need the model again.

Ifcfg support is going away in RHEL 10. Try to be a little more helpful, either suggesting how to migrate automatically, deliver bad news about migrating legacy policy routing rules manually, or report garbage after what looks like bad migration (better sad than sorry). The legacy files are currently only listed via `RelatedResource('file')`,
however this type of `RelatedResource` is currently not shown in leapp-report.txt.
This change adds a list of the files to the report summary.

Other artifacts related to IPU 7 -> 8 are going to be removed too. In the same time it's the last release compatible with Python 2.7. Ifcfg support is going away in RHEL 10.
Let's add a few checks and suggestions so that those poor souls who happen particularly messed up configurations will get a hopefully somewhat helpful heads-up.
